2 eggs
cooking oil, as needed
8 oz. pork meat, sliced into strips
** marinade for meat **
1 tsp. rice wine
2 Tbs. light soy sauce
1 Tbs. corn starch
1 tsp. white sugar
⅛ tsp. white pepper
1 Tbs. cooking oil
** pre-mix sauce **
2 Tbs. rice wine
2 Tbs. light soy sauce
1 Tbs. oyster sauce
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. corn starch
*mixed veggie*
1 cup carrot, julienned
1 cup daikon, julienned
2 cups green cabbage, chopped
2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
½ cup green onions, chopped
Also, for drizzle:
2 Tbs. rice wine
And for meat stir fry:
1 Tbs. ginger, minced
1 Tbs. garlic, minced
