Very tasty & popular not only in Taiwan, but also thru out Asian countries. Traditionally , they used dried shiitake mushroom and dried small shrimp. Highly copied by most asian countries and modified a little and then changed the name of this cooking. This version of my own, uses fresh one that bring out more freshness tasty fresh cooking. Enjoy.
