For those who loves heat and super spicy cooking. Here is for you. Mouthwatering and numbing effect when you eat those cooking. Warning/caution : not recommended for weak stomach. Below are ingredients list, so you can copy-paste-print. Again , thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor, who helps me type those :
1 pound --- chicken thigh (boneless, skinless, diced)
marinade: 1 Tbsp -- rice wine, 2 Tbsp -- light soy sauce ½ tsp -- dark soy sauce, 1 tsp -- corn starch
3 to 5 cups -- cooking oil (for deep frying chicken meat)
2 Tbsp -- cooking oil (for stir fry)
1 Tbsp -- dried red pepper flakes
½ tsp -- Szechwan green peppercorn powder
1 pc ----- fresh red chili (julienned)
1 pc ----- red bell pepper (diced)
2 stalks - green onion (cut 1½-inch length)
½ cup - roasted cashew nuts
pre mix sauce:
¼ cup -- chicken broth,
1 Tbsp -- rice wine
1 Tbsp -- light soy sauce,
1 Tbsp -- corn starch
1 Tbsp --- sesame oil
