6 eggs
1 bulb garlic, minced
10 cups cooked jasmine rice, one-day old
3 Tbs. light soy sauce
5 links Chinese sausage (aka Lap cheang), diced
5 shiitake mushrooms, ( water soak to soften & diced )
½ cup shrimp, steamed for 10 minutes
½ cup carrot & peas, steamed 5 minutes
½ cup green onions, chopped
Tips: To save time, steam or boil together for 15 minutes the sausage, shrimp, mushroom, carrot, and peas.
