Kung Hei Fat Choi ( Happy Chinese New Year to all my viewers ) I remembered this famous dim sum place in China town, Lower Manhattan , New York City back in the 80's. Nowadays they are always full house & lot of customers line up outside waiting to get in. This fried rice is one of their best signature cooking. Here is copycat to that. Enjoy.
