*** for making won ton: (yield: about 60 +)
1 pound ---- ground pork (with some fat )
8 oz. --------- shrimp (minced coarsely)
4 Tbsp ------ green onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp ------ light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ------ each, rice wine & sesame oil
1 tsp --------- white sugar
1/4 tsp ----- white pepper
2 pcs -------- eggs (beaten)
** for making Szechwan spicy wonton bowl:
15 ------------ wonton (from above making wonton)
3 Tbsp ----- light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ----- each, Chinkiang vinegar, sesame oil & sesame paste
1/2 tsp ----- white sugar
2 Tbsp ----- minced garlic
2 Tbsp ----- red chili oil with sediment & chopped green onions
some ------- cilantro (for garnishing)
