Very popular szechwan cooking this is. So tasty that lot of chinese like this spicy cooking noodle . Noodle made from mung bean that looks like translucent type noodle when cooked. Ground prok look like ants, when cooked. LOL. ( It's an old phase from centuries ago ) Enjoy.

List of Ingredients: **created by HAPPY WOK **
10 oz --- ground pork
*marinade for ground pork *
1 t -- each, light soy sauce, rice wine & sesame oil
5 oz -- mung bean thread noodle
as needed --- cooking oil
1 T -- each, ginger garlic, broad bean paste w/ chili
3 pcs -- each, fresh green & red chili (chopped)
3 pcs -- dried shiitake mushroom (softened & diced)
5 T ---- green onion (chopped)
** premix sauce **
1 C --- chicken broth
1 T --- each, light soy sauce, rice wine & sesame oil
1 t ---- each, white sugar
