Here we are again. Basic Cooking Lesson 101. My teenager niece just starting to learn how to cook. Her first lesson was how to cook rice without rice cooker. So, I am sharing this & some simple tips . Enjoy. ( Usually, we just grab a hand full of rice, wash it in a cooking pot. Drain out washed water. And add clean water above rice surface to about deep of first joint in your finger's knuckle. )
