2 C ----- water
2 T ----- ginger (minced)
1 t ------ chicken bouillon
1 pc ---- Chinese pork sausage
1 pc ---- Vietnamese sweet pork sausage
1 pc ---- German smoked sausage
1 stalk -- kai lan (green veggie, aka Chinese broccoli)
