Here Is another traditional Cantonese cuisine popular in Guangzhou, China. Where food vendors are cooking at Guangzhou open street daily & at night market. Loaded with lap cheong, roasted pork, chicken meat , mushrooms, etc. top off with tasty thick sauce. A complete meal itself. Enjoy.

1 Tbsp -- light soy sauce + 1 tsp corn starch.
2 links --- lap cheong (aka Chinese sausage)
4 oz. ----- roasted pork (bought from dim sum deli)
4 pcs ---- dried shiitake mushroom (soften & sliced)
2 cups --- long grain rice
4 cups --- water
2 oz. ----- ginger (sliced into very thin strips)
** seasoning **
1 Tbsp - each, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil & rice wine
For garnishing: some cilantro leaves
