The BMW X2 is a future compact SUV, announced by German car manufacturer BMW. It is expected to be released in 2017[1] as an additional model to the BMW X1. The vehicle was unveiled in 2016 Paris Motor Show.[2][3] The BMW Concept X2 fuses the flat silhouette of a coupé with the robust build of an X series model. The result: an awesome, sporty and unconventional ride in Luminous Red.

Brushed aluminium flows around the dark windows to give the distinctive BMW Hofmeister Knick a sporty contour, and the BMW emblem is a show-off on the deep C pillar. The BMW Concept X2 – it’s like the BMW X series all pumped up. With the rear end’s dynamic lights, robust design language, beefed up curves yet with subtle edges, it’s no wonder all eyes are on the BMW Concept X2. X marks the spot. The flat headlamp tubes have broken away from the traditional BMW dual round lights and are now hexagonal in shape, while also featuring the characteristic blue X in the middle. This treasure is naturally never overlooked thanks to the use of BMW Laserlight technology. More is better when it comes to the big-time rims: the double-spoke design features a strong 3D look for an even racier, more solid appearance. With the deep-profiled tyres, the wheels make an impression like no other. The bold design makes the BMW Concept X2 a stand-out. The BMW grille has taken a rebellious flip, and has a strong shark nose.
