2 Tbs. cooking oil
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. light soy sauce
½ cup green onions, chopped
Tip: store you cooked steam rice inside your refrigerator over night. spread them thin in a large flat baking pan. Low humidity inside the ref will helps and make the rice dehydrated.( Science my friend )
