Ingredients:
2 cups leftover rice
1/3 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 of an onion, chopped
a handful bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
salt
white pepper powder
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
sesame oil
avocado or vegetable oil

Written recipe for Shrimp Fried Rice:
1. Heat up oil on high heat. Turn the heat dow to medium low, and make scrambled eggs. Set it aside.
2. Add a bit oil. Stir fry shrimp about 2 to 3 minutes with garlic. Set it aside.
3. Add a bit oil. Stir fry onions for about 1 minute. Mix with bean sprouts.
4. Add rice and stir together. Cook about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce along the wall of the wok, and mix.
5. Return eggs and shrimp, and stir together.
6. Add oyster sauce and mix.
7. Finish with green onions and sesame oil. Serve!
