时隔一个多月,终于把今年的年猪饭完成了。因为肉要腌制风干的原因,下集等了有点久,这也是我们每年年猪需要经历的过程,好像只有吃了这一桌腌制的肉,年才算过完。这些腌腊也会支撑我们过完这一整年。

After more than a month, I've finally finished this year's Annual Pig Feast. The pork has to be cured and air-dried, so it took me a little longer to make this episode. This is how we process the pork. It seems that the New Year is truly over only after this meal. The cured pork will accompany us through the year.
