云南早种下的一批豆子开始成熟
可以吃毛豆了,它是个神奇多变的食材
完全熟干透以后就是小黄豆
能做豆浆,豆腐,豆皮
新鲜时可以水煮,清炒,做羹
每一道美食都很日常
那这次做两道当地特色的,值得一试
The beans planted earlier in Yunnan started to harvest.
It’s time for some edamame, a magical ingredient.
After they’re completely ripe and dry, they would become soybean.
They can be made into soy milk, tofu and soy milk skin.
When they’re fresh and tender, they can be boiled, stir-fried and stewed.
Each dish is very homely.
So I decided to make two specialties and they’re well worth trying.
