要说来云南必吃的美食，那一定是手抓饭了，就着上次染的五彩米，加上外婆家给的食材回来，正儿八经做一桌手抓饭！烤的，炸的，拌的，煮的，舂的，辣的酸的都能集合在一个簸箕里吃，所有你想吃的菜也都能加在里面，菜和饭粘在一起，用手抓着吃，太香了～再喝上一口甜白酒水～哇，减什么肥，吃完这顿再说～

Speaking of must-try dishes in Yunnan, no one could forget about hand pilaf. I made a pretty hearty hand pilaf with 5-colored glutinous rice and some of the ingredients from grandma's. Whether it's roasted, fried, cold dish, brewed or pounded, sour or spicy, everything can be mixed up in one big plate, with any vegetables you prefer as well. Use your hands to mix rice with all the side dishes and it's just amazing. Don't forget to accompany it with some sweet rice wine. What's the use of losing weight anyway?
