Learn how to make authentic and delicious Chinese Dumplings. Make these delicious Chinese Dumplings with kohlrabi cabbage and pork. These Chinese Dumplings are very tasty and great for dim sum lunch. The recipe is below:

Homemade Chinese Dumplings

2 cups wheat starch
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Put wheat starch and tapioca starch in bowl and mix together.
Boil some water and gradually add 1 cup boiling water to mix in the
dough. .Put your fingers in the cooking oil and continue kneading the dough for 2 to 3 minutes. Roll a portion of the dough between your hands. Pull of a small piece and roll into a ball between your palms of your hands. Press the dough from the middle to the outside to form a circle. Leave the middle slightly thicker than the edge. Put 1 tablespoon filling onto the middle of the dumpling skin. Fold together and seal edges so the filling dfoesn't leak out.

To Make The Filling:

2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 to 5 oz. ground pork
1 cup chopped kohlrabi cabbage
1 teaspoon chicken base
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup green peas

Preheat cooking pan and put in cooking oil. Add ground pork and salt. Briefly stir fry. Add kohlrabi cabbage and sesame oil. Continue to stir fry until right tenderness. Mis the cornstarch in the
water and mix into the filling to form the sauce. Let the filling cool for a few hours or overnight. Thaw out or boil the green peas and add to the filling. Filling is now ready for the dumplings. Enjoy!
