Some of my dedicated viewers/subscribers been asking the chinese way of making simple tasty beef steak with lot of mouth watering saute yellow onion. Here is that request. Enjoy. Here, the list of ingredients, where you can copy & paste , to be able to print them, courtesy from Mr. Michael Taylor again. ( Thanks Mike ) - - - - - - - -
List of Ingredients: **created by HAPPY WOK ****************
6 pcs. ----- brussels sprouts
1 tsp ------- salt (for blanching)
1 pound --- beef eye round (sliced & flattened with meat mallet)
Marinade:
1 Tbsp -- each, rice wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce
1 tsp ---- each, corn starch, sugar
½ tsp -- baking soda
as needed -- cooking oil
2 pcs. -------- yellow onion (medium size, sliced into rings)
