1 pc ------ cured duck leg
2 oz. ------ ginger (julienned into very thin strips)
2 cups ---- rice (long grain type)
4 cups ---- water
1 Tbsp ----- cooking oil (as needed)
1 Tbsp ---- dark soy sauce
2 stalks --- Chinese mui choi (or any green veggie)
