家里猪圈牛圈改造基本收尾了，大部分工作都是请村里的师傅做完了，剩下一些零碎的工作就是我自己收尾。这几天的茭白正是季节，甜甜嫩嫩的，特别特别脆甜，在云南忙的时候就直接烫一碗菌香干拌米线，1分钟搞定，满满一碗，真是幸福感满满~

The rebuilding of pig lot and cowshed is almost complete. Most of the work is done by builders in our village. The rest is now my responsibility. Water bamboo shoot is just in season these days. They are very sweet and tender, and crunchy as well. Here in Yunnan, we usually cook some rice noodles with fungus when we are busy. It takes only one minute but will make you very satisfied.
