2 slices ginger
¼ cup rice wine
3 stalks green onions

1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. light soy sauce
½ tsp. dark soy sauce
3 slices ginger
3 stalks green onion
5 pcs. Shanghai baby bok choy, cut into 2
1 Tbs. chopped green onion
