4 cups water
3 slices ginger
2 stalks green onion, white part
¼ cup rice wine
for stir fry
2 Tbs. cooking oil
2 Tbs. garlic, minced
1 Tbs. ginger, minced
premix sauce
2 Tbs. light soy sauce
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1 tsp. white sugar
topping
2 stalks green onion strips, soaked in water
2 Tbs. ginger, minced
hot oil
3 Tbs. peanut cooking oil
Tip: After stripping, cut green onion and soak in cold water for 20 minutes for it to be curly.
