Here one delicious soup making. Simmer until tendon inside trotter are tenderized. Tasty gelatinous texture combine with tasty tendered soy bean. Enjoy. 10 slice --- ginger (5 for blanching & 5 for soup)
6 stalks --- green onions (3 blanch & 3 for soup)
1/4 cup --- shaoxing rice wine (for blanching)
1/2 cup --- shaoxing rice wine (for soup)
2 pcs ------- star anise
2 pcs ------ dried tangerine peels
1 tsp ------- salt
1/2 tsp ---- white pepper
1 Tbsp ---- sesame oil
1/2 cup --- soybean (black-eyed type)
** for garnishing**
some chopped green onions
