After discussing the style of Chinese Painting and education within it someone mentioned to me that they had been watching my own videos and had started learning themselves with lessons from Yang Haiying as well online. Personally I thought this was fun as my aim was to learn by inspiring those superior to me to post their work. This hasn't happened as yet.

ANyway, not having painting Bamboo for some time I thought tonight might be time to brush up and learn even a leaf's worth of the art of painting Chinese Bamboo. It is not as simple as it looks and there's a lot more to it if you'd only take a studious look online at the philosophies behind it..
