List of ingredients:
For the filling:
2 cans (15 oz. ea.) peaches
½ cup sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup corn starch
⅛ tsp. salt
For the crust:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shortening
½ cup very cold water
For the egg wash:
1 egg, well beaten
Note: You may add ½ tsp. cinnamon powder to the filling, or use ½ tsp. nutmeg, if desired.
