If you like to eat fish, this is one of the cooking that you may like. We are fortunate that there are asian groceries , that fry the fish that you bought from them. For free. Then bring home and cook that with this method. Or fry your own fish to very crispy stage. So delicious , even the small thin fins are edible , delicious and crunchy.

1 ------- fried whole fish (flounder) to crispy stage
2 Tbsp -- cooking oil
3 Tbsp -- ginger (minced)
1 Tbsp -- garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp -- green onion (chopped)
premix sauce:
1 cup ---- water
2 Tbsp -- light soy sauce
1 Tbsp ----- sesame oil
1 Tbsp --- rice wine
2 tsp ----- broad bean paste with chili
starch-water mixture (to thicken sauce)
1 tsp ---- corn starch
1/8 cup -- water
