The spicy crawfish in Chinese Style is so flavorful and easy to make. You may add any noodles in the end. I only found frozen pack, but you can use live crawfish too. Adjust the spiciness to your own liking. Enjoy!

1 piece ginger
1 head of garlic
1 serrano pepper
8 Thai chili peppers
cilantro
8 dried chili peppers (or chili flakes)
1 tsp red Sichuan peppercorns
1 tsp green Sichuan peppercorns
4 star anise
Broad bean paste (Doubanjiang)
vegetable oil
salt
sugar
rice cooking wine (or beer)
