Here is one very popular Chinese dessert. Specially serve during warm or hot summer days. Very refreshing treat for young and old.
Below are the list of those ingredients. Again thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor. Who type those list in his comment section. So we can conveniently COPY-PASTE-PRINT the same.
List of Ingredients: * created by HAPPY WOK *
1 can ------ grass jelly
1 cup ------ water
1/4 cup --- dark brown sugar
2 drops --- vanilla (for each serving)
1/8 cup --- milk (for each serving)
2 cups ---- shave ice (for each serving more or less)
Note: make sure everything is very cold when assembling. Serve immediately before the ice melts!
