Cheese Cake Lovers, this is for you. Easy to make and also delicious takes like ice cream cake. Enjoy. ( note; This is from my old old baking video made in 2012, when I only got cell phone video camera and using available kitchen light, so resolution is so so.

List of Ingredients:
** For the crust **
1¼ cups graham crackers, pulverized
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted

** For the filling **
1 cup boiling water
½ cup sugar
1 envelope gelatin powder (Knox or equivalent)
2 bricks (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
