as needed ---- cooking oil for stir frying

5 oz. ----------- mushroom (button type)
2 Tbsp -------- rice wine (for sizzling)
3 Tbsp -------- light soy sauce
1 tsp ---------- white sugar
2 Tbsp ------- sesame oil
2 stalks ------ green onion (cut 2 inches in length)
for steamed rice: 1 cup basmati rice, 2 cups water & 2 Tbsp cooking oil
