Just as the name implies, this cheerful tune is highly reminiscent of the happy and bustling atmosphere of those little towns in ancient China, specifically of the place "Jiangnan". People call it the water town, as transport is usually by little boats and rafts much like Venice of Italy. Not much of this little town has changed over the course of history, so a quick image search of "Jiangnan" and you'll see what it's like to be there!
