The BEST Street Food in China is definitely blade sheared or hand pulled noodles, they can be SPICY! Eating street food around the world and Chinese Food is a whole world to engulf yourself in. Since we live in Sichuan, China, eating and trying delicious street food in China every day, I decided to make a street food video for you with the BEST Chinese street food (subjective, I know, but they are my favourite).

We went to a random hole in the wall restaurant in Chengdu, China, and ate a spicy bowl of blade sheared noodles, full of chili oil and Sichuan peppercorn. In the restaurant we found, there was also a ton of delicious street food to eat, including stir fried dishes, wontons, cold vegetable “liang cai” dishes, and red braised beef, red braised intestines, and red braised chicken with taro, along with super tasty douhua silken tofu!

We’re about to embark on a 1 month journey to the South of Sichuan. Eating and tasting as much delicious street food around China as we can. You can follow along with us in this series as we venture down through Sichuan into Yunnan, tasting as much delicious food as possible!
