here is the list of ingredients, so you can copy-paste=print the same. Again thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor, who helps me type the list , so I did copy-paste those into this description;
4 oz ----- pork meat (sliced into thin strips)
1 Tbsp -- ﬁsh sauce (for meat marinade)
1 Tbsp -- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
as needed --- cooking oil
2 Tbsp -- Shaoxing rice wine (for sizzling)
2 pc —-- eggs
2 oz ----- each, celery, carrot & fresh wood ear mushrooms
6 oz ----- mung bean thread noodle
1 stalk --- green onions (cut 2 inches in length)
** pre mix sauce ****
1/2 cup -- chicken broth
1 Tbsp -- Chinkiang vinegar
2 Tbsp -- fish sauce 1 Tbsp -- each, oyster sauce & sesame oil
1 tsp ----- sugar pinch ---- white pepper Here is a chinese comfort food home cooking that you might also like. This is very popular in China, that Mother used to make this on the week end for their family to enjoy as snack or meals. Kids love them too. Specially those black crunchy wood ear mushrooms.
