In October 2015, Savina French-Bell, allowed family members to kiss her daughter, Sienna Duffield on the face at her birthday party. It wasn’t long afterward that two-year old Sienna’s face broke out into blisters that made it look like acid had been poured on her little face.
French-Bell told Inside Edition that the blisters spread from her mouth to her cheeks and went up over her eyes. People would stare and make rude comments.
