1½ cups enoki mushroom, separated
** premix sauce**
⅓ cup rice wine
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. oyster sauce
1 Tbs. sesame oil
⅛ tsp. white pepper
** slurry mix**
1 Tbs. corn starch
2 Tbs. water
We also need 12 spring roll wrappers and sweet plum sauce for dipping
