Chinese street food near my new apartment outside Chengdu, China.
I'm just discovering the Chinese street food scene here near my new apartment. There is definitely a lot of delicious Chinese food to be found, and I've spent the last couple weeks moving in to my new place and waiting for my new visa to study at the Sichuan culinary institute here and become a Sichuan chef! It's a two year program that I am so excited for!

If you missed the last video, I extended an invitation to all of my subscribers to come Couch surf at my place and stay in the spare room. I would love to have you over if you're visiting Chengdu! I really want to meet more of my subscribers! You can stay for 1-4 nights and we can hang out! I would love to show you around my new area when I'm free. Please make your couchsurfing requests anywhere from 2 nights to 6 weeks in advance, and I can host up to 2 guests. If I'm hosting already, I'm really sorry, but I cannot double book the apartment nor make alternate arrangements to meet up, as it's too hard logistically. So please make your request just if you would like to spend a night or a few. Right now, I'm accepting guests up until December 15th 2016, and will resume in January after some holidays,so if you make a request for after then, it will be hard to say whether I can host you or not.
