When I woke up this morning in Cochin, India, I had 101,000 subscribers! Getting 100k subscribers is so amazing for me! I want to thank each and every one of you, whether you are new to this channel or you have been around since the very beginning, THANK YOU! I truly enjoy filming the food of the world for you.
I'm so thankful for each and every one of you that has subscribed to this channel, it means so much to me! Thank you to all of you for watching these videos, every time you comment, whether its positive or through constructive criticism, I'm so happy, and I honestly can't believe how many subscribers this channel has got in the last year. One year ago this channel had like 7000 subs! I'm having a wonderful time here in India, and getting 100,000 subscribers while here has been awesome. I have big plans for this channel, I want to eat food around the world, show you people around the world, and go really deep into China. For now, I'm going to be heading back to China in the next week, and will be shooting more videos there. China and Chinese street food will be a main focus of this channel for some time, as I love going to deep areas in China and chatting with locals and trying the food. I think it will take a long time to eat most of the food in China. Living in China has opened a lot of opportunities for this channel for me, and I'm happy to go back and shoot more. After coming to India, I've decided that I have to keep coming back, it's awesome here, so many friendly people, and excellent food. My goal has always been to put out one video per week, and for now I'm going to keep it at that, but I would really love to do 2 per week, but that will be after I make this a full time thing, that's what I really want, to make this channel a full time thing, where I can post 2 quality videos per week with amazing food and people in them, but I will need more resources for that, so I'm going to have to grow this channel some more or maybe start promoting my patreon some more. I will make this a full time thing though, that's for sure, because this is what I love doing and I'm amazed by the reaction of all of you to every video that I post! Thank you everyone for all of your support and I'm so happy that I reached that 100,000 subscribers mark!! Thanks a lot!!
I'm also grateful to Ting Ting, my girlfriend! We met in Turkey last Summer at a Youth hostel, and we have been exploring China and traveling since. She's filmed almost all of the videos after Turkey. We're planning on going on a bike trip somewhere deep into China with our camera gear and eating lots and lots! So PUMPED!
