全台防疫大解封後，政府拚振興經濟，繼政院規劃三倍券後，文化部再加碼，推出600元電子版藝Fun券，只要透過手機APP就能領，不管是看電影、買書、買唱片或買表演票等都能用，限量200萬份。文化部長李永得說，因為預算有限，對於無法人人都拿到感到抱歉，而藝Fun券預估，能帶來300億藝文消費。
