【寰宇新聞】

新冠肺炎在全球蔓延，外交部宣布要啟動第三波國際人道救援，將援贈歐美各國及新南向國家等，總共要捐出707萬片醫療級口罩。當中，台灣民眾主動捐贈的口罩，就高達393萬多片。
