春天瘋賞櫻，全台各地櫻花進入盛開期，許多民眾也把握假期走春。台中中科崴立公園占地千坪，數百棵櫻花樹盛開，彷彿置身在日本。另外，有全台最美派出所之稱的泰安派出所前，也有整排八重櫻齊放，每年春節前後，都會吸引大批民眾前來「追櫻」。
