1 tsp ----- each, white sugar, corn starch, rice wine, minced ginger, minced garlic

2 Tbsp -- rice wine (for drizzle)

1 Tbsp -- each, light & dark soy sauce, rock sugar
1 pc ------ cinnamon bark
2 ---------- star anise
2 ---------- bay leaves
2 pc ----- cardamon seed
2 Tbsp - sesame oil
some chopped green onions
