從我有記憶以來，台灣的房價就是貴到年輕人高不可攀，結果偶然發現原來三四十年前的台灣房價便宜到靠北！台北市蛋黃區一坪竟然不到台幣10萬？然後整天又被老一輩數落說年輕人不上進，就會心想，「屁咧，你們這些老屁股才不上進，當年台北一坪不到10萬你們都沒買，哪有資格講我們？」就抱著這樣的心態一路到今天，但後來跟Ted討論了這個問題，才發覺，如果時光倒流到當年，雖然房價便宜，但收入也低、利率又超高，其實買起來也不是很輕鬆...
