云南丽江和昭通都有大规模的苹果种植基地，每年11份，苹果就大量成熟了，都是在高海拔地区不套袋自然生长，苹果表皮很丑，又叫丑苹果，昼夜温差大，苹果里面的糖分在果肉里形成了自然结晶的状态，就是所谓的：“糖心”苹果。对我们来说，吃这样的：“糖心丑苹果”才是感受冬日甜蜜最好的方式。

Both Lijiang and Zhaotong in Yunnan have large-scale apple planting bases. Every November, apples ripen in large numbers. Apples that grow naturally without bagging at high altitudes have ugly skins, so they're also called ugly apples. Due to the large temperature difference between day and night, the sugar in the apple forms a state of natural crystallization in the pulp, which makes the so-called "sugar heart" apple.
