Quick and Easy Stir Fried Ho Fun (Chow Fun) ready in 10 minutes
In this video, I'll show you how to make such an easy stir fry with Ho Fun (Chow Fun) and vegetables. It can be a quick meal for lunch or dinner, with a great combination of rice noodles, eggs and vegetables. While Ho Fun noodles are soft and chewy, the vegetables have the crunchiness to complement it. Enjoy!

Written recipe for Chinese Shrimp Ball Soup:
Ingredients:
10 oz Ho Fun (Chow Fun), heat it in microwave if they are not freshly made
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 red or regular onion, sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic, sliced
4 oz bean sprouts
2 green onions, sliced
salt
avocado or vegetable oil
sesame oil
for the sauce:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 oyster sauce
1. Heat up the wok to high heat and add oil. Add eggs in to make scrambled eggs. Set it aside.
2. Add a bit more oil, stir fry garlic, followed by the onion. Cook till the onion is softening.
3. Add the Ho Fun, and stir fry about 1 minute.
4. Pour the sauce to the noodles and stir.
5. Add eggs and bean sprouts and stir together.
6. Garnish with green onions and drizzle some sesame oil. Serve!
