Autumn is the best season to enjoy crabs, and this time, I went to the market to pick out some fresh and plump hairy crabs. The crab meat is tender, and the roe is rich and flavorful, making it hard to stop after just one bite. I also paired it with hibiscus-flavoured ribs and stir-fried taro stems, which are sweet and tangy, a perfect complement to the crabs.
