Easy and delicious recipe for Chinese Soup. Cilantro Soup Chinese Style is a tasty, everyday Chinese soup. It has a light and delicate flavour. Once you try this Chinese soup, you will enjoy it all the time. It's so easy to make. Recipe is below:

Cilantro Soup Chinese Style (Recipe for 3 servings)
6 cups soup stock (chicken bones, pork bones, ginger)
1 to 2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken soup base
6 cups cilantro
3 eggs
3 teaspoons sesame oil

To make soup stock:

In a pot of boiling water, add pork bones, chicken bones and 2 thumb sized pieces of ginger. Simmer at low to medium heat for at least 1 hour. Add salt and chicken soup base and mix in. The soup stock can be made ahead of time. Just remove the pork bones and chicken bones before using.

Bring 6 cups of soup stock to a boil. Add 3 eggs one at a time. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Add 6 cups cilantro and simmer for 1 more minute. Shut of heat. In individual bowls, put some cilantro,1 egg and soup stock in. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil into each bowl. The aroma and taste of the sesame oil will really bring out your appetite. Enjoy!
