2 salmon steaks
6-8 lady’s fingers (okra), trimmed
6 cherry tomatoes
6 tablespoons cooking oil
Coriander leaves, to garnish

SPICE PASTE:
0.2 pound roughly chopped shallot
5 cloves garlic
2 stalks lemongrass, outer layer removed
0.02 pound belacan, toasted
0.03 pound galangal (blue ginger), peeled
5 red chillies, stalks removed

SAUCE:
5 tablespoons tamarind juice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fish sauce
