國訓中心成立40年，培育無數體壇台灣之光，包含棒球老國手、也曾為國家隊教練的林華韋，與為台灣踢下奧運第一金的陳詩欣，談起過去在「左訓」所留下的點點滴滴，到今天還是相當懷念。
隨著國訓制度漸漸完善，新的訓練場館也逐漸竣工，未來還會繼續擴大腹地和建設，陳詩欣看到現在國訓的訓練環境，忍不住大呼，現在的運動員真的很幸福。
