繼續關心國內的體壇動態，一年一度的AFAA (阿髮)體適能大會這個週末在台大體育館熱鬧登場，吸引來自全台各地將近一千位教練和老師共襄盛舉，一起學習最新的熱門運動和設備。
雖然說是給專業教練進修的機會，但只要你有興趣、一般民眾也可以去報名體驗，從高強度的Crossfit和壺玲、到有氧舞蹈和到靜態的瑜珈都有，下次千萬別錯過了。
