Winner at the 12th Annual Independent Music Awards for Best Song in the Contemporary. Christian/Gospel cateogry, singer-songwriter Sarah Cheng-De Winne's "chocolate velvet vocals" lend themselves to edgy, soulful songwriting that crosses genres of pop, soul and R&B. Her debut LP Brand New and accompanying Chinese EP 要你的愛 delves into lyrical themes of love, redemption and self-empowerment with

Sarah was further nominated in the 12th Annual Independent Music Awards for Best Song in the R&B/Soul. Other songwriting accolades include Finalist positions in 4 Categories in the UK Songwriting Competition 2012.
